KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, FL – MotoSurf Games starts the 2023 action in Keystone Heights with a three-day event full of fun and adrenaline. Lake Geneva will host two of the newest forms of racing on April 21-23, 2023 with the inaugural MotoSurf Continental Cup and the United States debut of MotoSkate and e-Foil race.
The Continental Cup consists of conventional fuel-powered motorized surfboards and a race section with fully electric powered boards now accompanied with e-Foils – a brand new segment of personal watercraft sports.
For the action on the shore, MotoSkate (motorized skateboard) racing, will entertain the fans who will have full access to demo rides at every MotoSurf Games event. The MotoSurf Games is a fan-friendly FREE event where fans can actually ride the boards that the pros compete on.
The racing weekend will offer racing action for men, women, and youth athletes. Electric-powered motorized surfboards will measure performances in the Electric Challenge relay race. More competition, a simplified racing format, a friendly atmosphere, and a unique experience will fill a CBS Sports TV 30-minute documentary.
“It’s exciting to welcome back MotoSurf’s competitors from all over the globe,” said Commissioner Mike Cella, who also serves as the Tourist Development Council Chair. “Events with this type of national and international coverage bring economic development and unique marketing opportunities that we wouldn’t have otherwise.”
The Continental Cup is brought to you by Clay County Tourism and the City of Keystone Heights in cooperation with Airstream Ventures and Jetsurf USA – importer of JETSURF world’s best motorized surfboard.
MotoSurf racing was established in the Czech Republic in 2012. In its short history, MotoSurf racing has spread all over the world. Motosurf racing came to the United States as a new format called Motosurf Games. The purpose of the Games is to combine thrilling racing action and a lot of fun. Motosurf Games combines classic racing, Electric Challenge relay-racing with full electric motorized surfboards, JetSurf TUBE Fun Race, and America’s first MotoSkate race. This combination provides a great weekend full of adrenaline, fun, and lots of new experiences.
Friday evening will be an open course concept where individuals can bring their family and friends to see the course, try out the boards, and learn in more detail how each board works. You must be registered online at MOTOSURF GAMES WAIVER to participate in a board trial run. Racing fills the Saturday and Sunday schedules.
